I think that this salon is very over priced for what you get. I have been to this salon a few times to give the stylist who is very nice by the way--the benefit of the doubt, but after paying over $120 to get my hair fully foiled for grey coverage, I got home under better lighting and I found that I still had an ample amount of uncovered grey.

I went back to give the stylist another chance and this time left with red roots and a multitude of awful colors in my hair. The negative for this salon is a lack of owner's presence. I wanted to contact one of the owner's only to find out that they are not available and you have no way to contact them other than the salon number. I wanted to resolve the issue but there is no managment and again vacant owners with girls that do not know how to resolve a negative experience. Mt first visit was during the summer and I have to say it is sweltering in this salon because they have no air, besides this I was left under the dryer where my scalp was burned because the foils got way to hot. I went back two more times and each time something went wrong from lack of color to awful color. I am left to dispute with the bank......
