I've had work performed by Tracy in the past. Excellent experience. But Tracy is not there any more and the service I'm getting this time is unprofessional. I will not use them again. The company seems to have been taken over by Tracy's family members. They do NOT communicate well with clients or even each other. Unconcerned about agreed to dates and schedules. They know only their piece of the pie but no one seems to run the business. I will not use them again, and encourage you to find a more professional painting contractor.

Your people were very cordial throughout the project. They also worked hard and continuously. They seemed to be very efficient. I also appreciate your prompt response and completion of the project.
