This organization has monopolized their business by denying residents alternate sources or free competition, and requiring residents to pay monthly whether you consume water or not. Better yet, they have a revenue-mindset that trumps consumer rights by working their tariff precisely to strong-arm you into extra fees even when they are at fault. Complain and they will tell you to file a complaint with the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission knowing full well that the WUTC will either do nothing, support them, or lead you on an endless paper chase. Bottom line - it is worth selling my home and moving than submit to these partners in crime.
