I was scheduled to go to one of their trainings. Realizing I was going to be about 5 mins late I called 15 mins early to notify them of my arrival time. They told me they will be closing the doors at 9am and that I cannot attend. I'm a paying customer of their service and I notified in advance of me being shortly late and they turned me away. I don't understand how any business could treat their customers this way and I recommend you stay far away from this organization. Also they have a crazy form of taking payments. They only accept money orders. Who only accepts money orders? What kind of weird policy is that? So don't forget you will have to make a special trip to a bank or western union to waist and hour of your day to get a money order!!!! Crazy!!!!
