Great owner. But stops there

Let me make my summary first; then you can read the rest.

1) the right man of the owner should be one that teaches. 2) hire people that are honest and if they mess up(damage a wall) they should tell their supervisor

4) don't smoke during job.



Explanation

Explanation: loading the truck part was going great until the ownership right hand man came along. Lets just say he needs to take a refresher course in customer service. His negative attitude caused me to take action and request him off my property, The owner called and was trying to smooth things over and I was appreciative. Decided one bad apple should not ruin it for the whole company. Decided to give them another chance, but that didn't last long enough. They put a good size dent in the corner of the wall, they kept saying we didn't take anything big in that area that would cause the problem. They forgot they have moved heavy furniture; coach, movie reclining couch, 3 beds. They forgot the remodel was done the day before and the house had final walk through. Since they were taking too long to take responsibility, my contractor was there and he said it will be repaired.

Also when planter boxes were moved (kinda heavy) few were moved and piled in one small section of a huge backyard. They could have put it I on the Actual patio and not on winter grass.

With bad attitude went from 5, to a 3 at first but the owner and supervisor called to make things right. Back to 5. Then damage to the wall during moving furniture, not taking responsibility, and the person that caused the damage was not honest enough to report the incident. Not being told had a negative taste in my mouth and questioning what rating. Another negative, when workers were taking a break they light up cigs and smell the whole area.



Will not use them next time
