Provided by YP.comAvoid this dealership at all costs. Customer service at this dealership is nonexistent. They will not offer an apology, assistance, or explanations. They will provide excuses. The service department is the worst! They told me my transmission needed to be replaced and that it was safe to drive off the lot. They offered no loaners or rental car assistance, while all surrounding dealerships provided loaners. They were backed logged for a further diagnosis for over a month, even though they had already told me the transmission was wrong and needed to be replaced. They do not listen to why you bring the car in. They will find something else wrong and call it “fixed” while the initial complaint still exists years later. That fix will last a month, and you’ll be back. Steer clear of the Service Department, their customer service is nonexistent!

Provided by YP.comI have bought 7 vehicles myself and recommended 2 others to your dealership, I live over 40 miles away but always return...the service I receive from the staff and specifically Mr. Douglas Bonham. he is the reason I return year after year, his dedication to my needs and his easy going no pressure attitude and personality is second to none...it is the a joy to deal with him and the entire service and sales staff is exceptional.. Pablo is also a tremendous help ..I will return and recommend this dealership for all our vehicle needs....This isn't hype I am totally serious ...I have never had a better experience purchasing a vehicle... the finance person Joe is a dream the work with..

Provided by YP.comJessica Tenny was my Service Consultant...rate her a 10+!!!!! I have been visiting this dealership since I purchased my Corvette 10 years ago (Brown & Brown, then). During the years many changes have occurred...not negative...but, always seem to be changing the Service Consultants. Therefore, I have experienced many Consultants through the years. I must say that Jessica is a stand-out. Not because she is a woman and I am a woman BUT...she expresses complete understanding and concern for her client. Indeed, I had a number of concerns regarding my car and the various costs for repair. In addition, I needed a vehicle for my transportation while my car was being repaired. Jessica took care of everything quickly with no hesitation.I called her one day when she was not available...in a matter of minutes, she returned my call from her cell phone. She is a great representative for your company. I look forward to her help in the future when help is necessary.
