CUSTOMER BEWARE. UNOROFESIONAL. DECIEVING. WASTED OUR TIME. NOT TRUST WORTHY. only thing I have to say. These guys pretended to call us as if they are calling from "Amazon Home Services" when we placed an order for bicycle assembly with them thru Amazon. They did that because they wanted us to cancel the order on Amazon as they did not want to assemble the bike or were not available on the scheduled day.... VOICEMAIL MESSAGE SAID "This is Luis from Amazon Home Services and I am calling in regards to the bicycle assembly order you placed with AzXpert Assembly LLC. They are a standard 2 wheel bike assembler so just wanted to ket you know they would not be able to assemble this bike for you and also they aren't available on the 23rd.  So when you get this message just understand """ we """ the company will not able be able to do that for you....and also what we woukd like you to do is cancel the order and replace the order with another provider that may be available on the 23rd alright thank you" So long story short...it sounded very fishy that Amazon Home Services is calling from a local number, not emailing and then when the person accidentally said "we" in there and corrected himself to say the company I did some more research and found out it wasn't Amazon it was the company itself calling......can't believe they would do that just to get out of an appointment. May be they are not available or they are advertising their services incorrectly on Amazon and don't want to assemble what they said they would assemble on amazon. So much inconvenience.
