First visit, sat in the bar. Great food, great service, bar atmosphere, it was all good, even the food was great. Second (and last) visit, thought it would be as pleasent to go, enjoy the food, service & setting - but on the patio this time.
Where do I begin? It was as if this place had just hired all new people off the street with no restaurant experience (with exception to the hostess). Upon arrival, seated outside as wanted - so far, so good. Two other parties seated shortly AFTER. Finished memorizing the menu and still no drink order, or even water. ...No sign of waiter-life either. 5 more minutes passed until waiter-life confirmed. AC DC and the like CRANKED and yelling in the background made for an especially miserable atmosphere THROUGHOUT THE DURATION - would've been better scorching in the direct sun, but wasn't an option, I checked with the weatherman. After about 10 minutes drink & appetizer finally ordered - long, lost waiter said they'd be out first. Guess his ciggarette breaks were more important. The other 2 parties (a couple & a family of 7) got both drinks and food first! Lucky us. ...Ours shortly followed - all food at once! ...Cold, overcooked wings and soggy pizza - Yum!
Terrible service - clue - you need more then 1 waiter, a bus boy and an occasional girl to run a full patio area. I love my rock, but not blasting at dinner time with my lady - if I was in the bar, but on the patio? Really? Traffic is nicer to listen too. I shouldn't have to hunt for a waiter or ANY employee when I'm dining at their establishment - my deceased grandmother gives better service! ...Boombazz has gone boom! ...missed the mark and now they'll miss this Mark. NEVER going back, not even for a beer - there's plenty of better places within walking distance - even if its 100 miles, I walk there instead, up hill, in the snow!
Good luck if you decide to brave it - maybe management will clue in and wise up, before they go boom!
