Dr Josh was great and staff as well. Great customer service.

Dr. Dagan is very kind and professional. However, depending on who is working, I have had two different experiences with the staff. At times, they are very nice and professional and other times, sarcastic and unprofessional. When I didn't purchase expensive, designer glasses for my daughter, the lady doing the fitting would hardly say a word to me after I refused. She appeared upset I wanted to stay within my insurance coverage. Not sure if they make a commison on selling the designer glasses?

I have been a patient of Dr. Dagan's for around 5 years now. Her staff is the best. They follow through immediately and return calls very quickly. I have never had such a thorough eye exam even from an opthamologist, as I have had from Dr. Dagan. I have also seen Dr. Josh on occasion and he is equally good. I have new insurance and they are not the program, but I will not change eye doctors. Dr. Jody will give me several pair of contacts to see which is the best for me. Her staff checks available discounts on frames, lenses and contacts. I will not go elsewhere. They are the best!!!

I was recently a new patient at Experts on Sight and was very pleased with the care I received there. Dr Josh was very informative and caring. His staff is patient and helpful in picking out the right frames and options for me. They even helped work with the price a little. My only complaint would be the way one of the office staff dresses. A woman with long blond hair doesn't dress appropriately for an office setting. Very tight clothes, bra straps showing, just kinda of trashy. Besides that I will be recommending them to all of my friends and co-workers.

I returned to Experts on site on 11/5/10 because one of the lenses on my transistions pair of glasses had an obvious deftct. The glasses were recently purchased from them. Eventhough it was am obvious defect, they refused to replace the lense for free. I must admit I wasnt suprised, as my daughter had a frame purchased from them malfunction, after a short time too. They refused to replace those free of charge too. Dont deal with these people !
