We had the guys from Gilbert Air come today to install a brand new system. It was a great experience! Our unit is over 20 years old and died last week. Not ideal for the winter with a new baby in the house. They gave us a wonderful price, have given excellent service, and are very kind.



Two technicians came to install the unit (both in the yard and the attic) and the owner stopped by to go over everything with us. It was great to have such knowledgable people putting the unit in and to have the actual owner come to go over the warranty and answer my questions. We are extremely pleased with the work and customer service. 5 star for sure!

We fired up our AC for the first time this year and lo and behold! Warm Air! Seeing as it was a week of 90 degree weather, this is just a foreboding on the summer to come. My husband called and the next day, they had 2 guys out to help us. Between the two of them they had our stuff up and running in 30 minutes flat! They were super friendly, good with our kids and worked neatly, they even suggested some other things that would help our AC run efficiently in the summer while saving money, so when it comes time to do that, we are definitely calling Gilbert Air.

Very happy with the job the service men did. I have a sick mother that couldn't be kept in a cold house and explained that to the office personal when I called. They had 2 vans within 45 minutes at my house and had me fixed within no time. I was only charged $250 to replace a huge chunk of duct work in my attic that had fallen apart. After doing some online research I found out that they had $150 in materials alone!!! Very trust worthy company that doesn't gouge there customers when they know they can. Strongly recommend calling Gilbert Air if you want fast, TRUST WORTHY, and affordable service. Thanks Melina for all the help.

Huge shout out to Gilbert Air for coming through last night and selling me parts at midnight to fix my AC. Other 24 hour hvac co's refused to sell me parts without charging ridiculous rates to come out and install them.

Great family owned company. Called them out to my place and within 1 hour they were here to fix my ac. Can't ask for much more than that. Thanks, I will be calling back in the future if I have any problems.

When our 20 year old ac went out 3 weeks ago I called several different companies to get quotes. After having 6 companies come and try to sell me garbage units, Frank, offered a Trane 15 seer system cheaper than any other company. The install went great and I even qualified for a tax credit and srp rebate. I am glad I went with the Trane 15i over a goodman or a lennox system. I recommend calling Gilbert Air if you have any ac problem... they are honest, reliable, and friendly. Thanks Frank for the great help, the ac is working great.

NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!!! The service provider Frank from (Gilbert Air) does not know how to install air conditioning units. He did not know how to install our new unit and had to call friends to help. Once it was installed and he left for the day and it still did not work. We called him and he came back over to try and fix it again and called friends to help. Then he left and the air conditioner he installed never worked properly. We would put the thermostat on 76 and the air reading would stay at 78-it never worked right and the new unit completely broke a month later. We called to tell him it had broken and he refused to come and fix it and this was in the middle of the summer and I have a baby and a dog. We had to call another service to come and apparently he had installed the unit incorrectly. He left off several parts the unit needed and he stapled a cord to the floor that would have started a fire. Then when we told him we were going to report him and that he had to come back several times to try and fix the unti because he did not know what he was doing-he said "you can't prove it. You can't prove I came back to your house to fix it!". Frank is not trustworthy and he does not know how to install new units! He took all of our money and would not stand by his work! We had to pay another guy $1000 to fix the unit Frank installed.

So my ac went out at 12pm at my house i looked online Gilbert Air popped up first, so i called an spoke with a very knowledgible guy. He had a tech come out within an hour on sunday an they had to replace a condensor motor in the attic. It was fixed by 3pm. I highly recommend them

Frank the technician showed up on time and fixed the repair fast. He let me know of the problem before replacing any parts and made me aware of the cost. I would strongly recommend calling Gilbert Air if you have any issues with your A/C, trust me you will be happy. Thanks again Frank for all your help!!!

Tech showed up on time on Sunday evening, he fixed the problem fast, and was supper friendly (what more can you ask from an A/C company). I will always use Gilbert Air as MY air conditioning company. Good job guys!

I called them out on this past Saturday because my a/c was not blowing cold air. They had a technician show up within 2 hours. They had great service and great prices. I also found out that they don't raise there prices due to the weekend which I totally loved. Recommend calling them if you need any service. Fast, Friendly, affordable.

The tech seemed trustworthy, but their price was WAY overpriced. They charged me $700 on a $400 job. Had it not been so hot I would have waited to get a second quote. I wish these companies would stop taking advantage of people’s situation, knowing that you really can’t wait to get a second opinion on an AC unit in the summer. I definitely will not be giving them a second call.

Called Gilbert Air at 645 am and they were able to get to my house by 8am. Frank the technician was very courteous and accommodated all my needs. He explained exactly what was wrong and didn't waste time fixing it. Thank you Frank and Gilbert Air for the excellent service. :)

Best service and fastest response time in the east valley. I called around after they left to check there prices and they were by far more affordable than any of there competitors. Customer service was great. Thanks you Gilbert Air!!!

I called Gilbert Air on a Sunday night once I realized my furnace was not working and they were at my house within 1 hour. The technicians don't work off commission so there was no pressure to buy extra things not needed. The total bill was half what other companies wanted to even show up on a Sunday night.
