Being a manager I am on my feet all day. So I pretty much always get weekly massages. I went into Mary Lynn's Massage and Day Spa thinking I would receive just a standard massage. But instead I ended up getting one of the best massages in my life. What a difference. And also there was no sales pressure to get another massage or buy a package. The following week I received another massage from them and was just as pleased. So much so that I had to write a review. Their massage therapist are passionate and trained about what they do. If you want to feel the difference between a basic massage and a AMAZING feel good to the soul massage then go in and get a massage by them . Tell them Nadia sent you! ;)

Excellent service and products. The owner actually knew what would be right for me and my body. A great compliment to my workout and diet. With the GNC card the prices are unbeatable as well!!

I love this store and the staff. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about the products. They never try to up-sale me on any of their products. If anything, they say it might be best to stay away from some if I just started working out. They took the time and the effort to make sure I knew what I was taking and that I was going to be comfortable with the results. They also (which is a huge plus for me) told me the TRUTH!!! and that was that I could take all the stuff they sold in the store but without proper diet and exercise the stuff wouldn't work and I appreciated hearing that because no other health store took the time to tell it to me straight. I believe the only negative I have about the store (which is actually a positive) is the fact that they do take the time out to answer questions and explain the products.. Unfortunately, some people ask more questions than others! I recommend this store to all of my friends and to anyone who's just starting off and needs good sound advice.

Went to this GNC store last week and the help was fantastic. Not only was the person helpful but its really comforting to know that the person selling these products actually has an understanding of how these products may affect me. She told me to eat with certain products, how to maximize the product and other products to take to accomplish the goals I have in mind. I will not go to another GNC in the Valley.
