Dr. Jesse and her staff are so pleasant and accomodating. I really like the way Dr. Jesse takes her time to explain how relearning to hear is easy if you use a 'wearing schedule' and stick to it when you begin wearing hearing aides. I also liked how she included my family in the discussions and asked for their input. thank you!
