I recently bought an above ground pool and went to Cactus Valley Pool for the chemicals,While I was there I waited about fifteen minutes before the guy even acknowledged us. We told the guy aabout our pool and he told us what we needed.I told him that I was thinking about getting a saltwater system which if bought there is about $1,000 (walmart.com $149) So he said we could get the chemicals and if we later decided to do the saltwater system we could bring back the chemicals. So today I tried to return the chemicals and when I walked in the door another guy said "we don't return chemicals company policy" I proceeded to tell him what the other guy said and still he said no chemical return, I asked to speak with the owner after about ten minutes of trying to reach the guy on the phone he finally answered and when the store guy told him the situation then said I would like to speak with him i barely even got hello out before he started in saying we can't return chemicals it's against some federal regulation but we can give you store credit. Why would he give me store credit for something he supposedly can't resell. There is no sign that says they won't return and on the receipt it only says that all returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. They are rude and condescending and now that i have had a chance to look they are way overpriced maybe that's why they can't afford to return my hundred dollars because the business is slow due to horrible customer service. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!!!!

I had my nails done by Peter. Who not only cut everyone of my fingers, but he blamed me for talking to my 6 yr old son who was sitting next to me. Not only did he cut my cuticles, he poured alcohol on the open cuts, as he said" to stop the bleeding". My nails are horrible, they are white crusted up on each side and the scabbing and puss coming out of one of the wounds, from the infection that I got from them.

I would strongly suggest going somewhere else. Or if you do want to go to Oh nails, ask for Toney, I heard that he does a much better job.
