Major disappointment

The MidFirst bank at 760 West Ray Road, Gilbert, AZ 85233 is a terrible bank. It is run by inept children. We deposited $12,000 and two weeks later they still had a hold on the money. Today, we went to the branch manager Cory. He said he fixed it. We came home to discover, he did not. We called the toll free customer service phone number and they finally resolved the issue. We are glad to take our money elsewhere and let everyone know about the idiotic clowns that work at MidFirst bank. Go ahead and take your chances with stupidity running that place.

We opened an account at the MidFirst Bank at 760 West Ray Road in Gilbert, AZ. We deposited $12,000. Two weeks later they still had a hold on the money. We went and talked with Cory the branch manager. He said he fixed it. We got home and he still screwed it up. We called the customer service desk and they finally got it straightened out. These people are inept children playing with money. We're just to Chase Bank.
