The nail tech cut me with the metal callous file. They insisted it was only a small abrasion, meanwhile it was a large gaping wound they wanted to pour alcohol in. I immediately left and went to urgent care where I needed 3 stitches to close it. The kicker is that they denied that I was hurt and that I didn't need stitches. (Said the doctors didn't know what they were doing and only wanted my money).

My experience at Nail's Club was one of the worst ever! First, they didn't put my tips on correctly.I went back and they promised to fix them. They were even worse when I left. I returned for a third time and they wouldn't fix it. They talked down to me and had a very hard time understanding me. I then just told them I wanted them taken off because they looked so bad. The woman that took my tips off was incredibly disrespectful and talked down to me. I have never been so disrespected in my life. I was very embarrassed! She then continued to talk to the staff in another language. They would all look at me and laugh. It was disgusting. She did a horrible job of taking off my tips. My nails and skin around my nails are in horrible condition. I have cuts on my nails and skin. I have had my nails done for years at other stores and have NEVER experienced this. OH, they charged me to remove my nails that had originally been put on wrong. BEWARE!!!
