Previously we purchased a small bookstand from Norwood Furniture and more recently a nightstand. The quality of the furniture is outstanding. During this most recent visit, Susan Rand helped me with the nightstand purchase. She is great, very professional and provides great customer service. In the future, I plan to purchase more furniture from Norwood.

Several years ago my wife and I met Judyth. Since then she has helped us with many project in connection with the decorating of our home. Since Judyth has been with Norwood Furniture, we have visited the store on several occasions and she has assisted us in purchasing several items. Judyth assisted in coordinating delivery and installation of all these items. She was extremely helpful and very qualified in helping us select furnishings for our home. We will continue to work with Judyth and Norwood furniture, and recommend them to all our friends.

We appreciated working with Norwoods. When we moved here, we needed a houseful of furniture and being new, we didn’t know where to start. So we went to Norwoods, met Hazelyn, and have been so happy with our purchases. Hazelyn spent a lot of time with us, coming to our house and then helping us put rooms together from Norwoods. She has worked within our budget and our needs. We appreciate all the attention to detail and all the work done for us behind the scenes that we probably didn’t even know about. They truly helped make our house our home. We are very pleased and will be back to this store again.

When we paid our first visit to their store in Gilbert, we were greeted and directed to the dining furniture area, plus assigned a salesperson by intercom to meet us. By chance I asked a question of a passing clerk. Jody turned into a helpful salesperson and friend. Her time and interest in helping us was super. Yes, we made a purchase and it was delivered in five days by competent people. It was a pleasure to walk into a well-stocked, carefully arranged store with kind, pleasant, helpful people.

Robyn and Sandy at Norwood were the best furniture sales people we have ever encountered. They took our floor plan and picked out an entire house full. They still used some of our existing furniture with was a nice touch. They were very professional without being pushy. We have already given them one referral, and we will refer many more!

Our family had a wonderful experience at Norwood Furniture! Our designers were (and still are!) Kelly and Sherri. They came to our home, helped with color selection and helped us to find furnishings that fit our style. Our entertainment center is beautiful. The designers looked through many until they found the perfect one for us. We arrived at Norwood with ideas of what we wanted and needed and left with EXACTLY what we'd hoped for. Our home is comfortable yet elegant. At Norwoood, we got beautiful, comfortable, quality furnishings that will grace our home for YEARS to come. We did not just buy furniture--we made a home. We could not have done it without Kelly and Sherri. Norwood is a lovely store and was a pleasure to shop at. We were proud to have their truck unload in front of our house.

I am so thankful to our sales person, Janet, and all the staff at Norwood for all of the kindness, attention and friendship that they showed to us while helping us furnish our new home. What began as a somewhat daunting and challenging task, was turned into an exciting and pleasant adventure. Their attention to detail and to our personal taste helped to make our home stylish and livable. We are always pleased when our guests, family and friends comment on how comfortable and beautiful our home feels. We attribute this to Norwood and the personal knowledge that they shared with us. Outstanding customer service - before, during and after.

Shopping at Norwood has always been a wonderful and successful experience for many of my clients. They are happy with the quality of the furnishings, the service AND the price. I’ve worked with some great people there - especially their employee, Roxanne. She is patient and accommodating - we work well together to achieve beautiful rooms for everyone I bring to Norwood!
