The owner is a untrustworthy businessman who overcharges his customers and doesn't make sure that those "special" items that are dropped off are truly cleaned. I just paid for and picked up a pleated skirt that was pressed and not cleaned, after showing the youngwoman behind the counter she shrugged and said she could do nothing, "the machines were turned off today". The owner was called and REFUSED to issue a refund because HE wanted to be present to CONFIRM that it was not clean (even though she said it wasn't). Pretty obvious that if a cleaners doesn't have enough work to do that they shouldn't be trusted in the first place. Took that skirt elswhere and was charged 1/3 of the price. Shamefull!!!
