It appeared to be great before we moved in my grandparents. They are in their 80s, and one with rapidly advancing Alzheimer's. The food really leaves something to be desired.. in quality and quantity. If a resident is not in the cafe right when breakfast is served, they run the risk of not getting what they want. Aside from this, when they got wind that my aunt was even just looking at a different facility, the once-friendly staff became standoffish and cold. And I"m sorry, but $12,000 per month for my grandfather to be in the Alzheimer's unit? RIDICULOUS! I am floored that they treat people this way. My aunt has decided to move my grandparents, and was told by Sunrise they have exactly 48 hours to get out...not a nice place. I am glad my loved ones won't have to put up with this anymore
