I found the perfect wedding dress at Suzannes. My mistake was having them do the alterations. It just needed to be hemmed and it wasn't ready when promised. When I came back to pick it up it had already been packaged as we were leaving to go out of town for the wedding the next day and when I asked to see the dress the lady sighed and said that it would take her another half an hour to re package it, but insisted it was done. I took the dress out of the bag the morning of my wedding and the hem wasn't even touched! So for the hour before my wedding we were trying to stitch and iron the hem down. It was terrible! AND..I had to pay $75 per picture to have the hem and spots photoshopped out so you couldn't tell how ridiculous it looked! You would think if you spent over $1000 in their store they would complete the dress! It's sad that they dropped the ball. The ladies were so nice! But not nice enough to tell me they needed more time!
