I ordered online and my order was confirmed. They gave me an estimated delivery time. Then they never showed up, never called and charged my card. I was refunded the next day with no apologies from the restaurant.

Good food!

Love, love, love the Kung Pao vegetables! The items I've tried have been good. It's close to where I've been staying so I pick up rather than have them deliver.

First off, this place had abso...

First off, this place had absolutely no atmosphere. There was no background music playing, bcuz they had a tv turned on. However, the channel was turned to an infomercial. Secondly, the service was terrible. We waited forever to get our order taken, as we watched the waitress walk by us a million times. Also, the owner felt like it was more important to clean off the other tables rather than talk our order. We finally decided to leave and then all of a sudden the waitress and owner wanted to wait on us, but it was too little too late.

Taste of China

Have to give Taste of China a 2 thumbs down for food quality and taste. I ordered #16 Gen. Tsao's chicken & a #13 Sweet & Sour chicken last night, (10/12/11). Both orders the meat was dry and hard, little sauce on the #16 and #13 was just a red sweet sauce. No veggies of any kind came with the meal and the fried rice was not like any fried rice I had before. I would not recomend this place to anyone.

biggest taste(of China) for your buck!

I chose 5 stars for value. I will be basically mirroring the other positive reviews seen here. I have always have had what I felt was fresh, quality food a a great price... delivered fast. The one thing that I will add is a response to the negative reviewer from California... The prices at Taste of China is a clue that this is a great place for family dining or a casual date. If you wanted gourmet Asian fare you are going to have to pay for the ingredients and labor required to prepare it- in other words NOT $16 for soup, 4 item appetizer and lg entree as in the Mandarin Dinner (with plenty left over for lunch the next day and sometimes dinner too!). NO, you would be paying $16 minimum for the entree ALONE. If you are looking for good food at a great value (who cares about their decor as one of the reviewer critiqued-you don't eat the decor) Taste of China will not disappoint! I do agree that there isn't much crab in the crab puffs... but family and I are completely addicted!!!

What happened???

We made a a choice to eat healthier a few months ago. We cut Chinese food out of our diet for a few months. Last night we ordered from ToC and while the food was good, the sauce was thinner, I cut 3 items from our order and spent about the same amount, I got 1 large rice for my 4 entrees and my favorite thing, THE CHIPS, were not in my order!!! Also, It took 45 minutes to get the food, It has NEVER taken more than 20 in the past!
