Provided by YP.comNew patient here, the check-in process went smooth, as did the check-out process. Thanks to Chelsea and Sarah and Dr. Berkowitz, and the young lady who did my EKG, the whole experience was satisfactory. I place my trust wholly in Dr. Berkowitz's hands. My next two appointments for a treadmill test and echo are all set for this same location. Efficient, friendly, and caring folks here.

Provided by YP.comI first went to Tri-City Cardiology in June. I selected this firm off a list provided by my PCP (I will ask him not to refer anyone else). After waiting for hours, a clerk announced that the doctor would be running another 45 minutes or more late. During my incredibly brief visit, I don't think he did much more than make entries onto his computer. Running late today, I tried calling their number--placed on hold. I never did talk to a live human being. Arriving late, I was told the tech (apparently they only have one) left 15 minutes after my appointment time. The office staff offered only excuses, passing me off to five separate people. They had 10+ office clerks taking insurance info, but no one to do medical procedures. This is nothing more than an insurance mill, unprofessional and unconcerned, interested only in how much money they can extract, with no concept of customer service and no interest in patients (only their insurance policy). Find a real cardiology practice.

Provided by YP.comThe staff does not communicate with themselves nor do they properly keep notes via their computer system.
It took me 45 days to get one appointment, a stress test and a follow up. Before a cath procedure could be done they had delayed me over 60 days causing my employer to give up and terminate my insurance. With no money to pay for BCBS I was left with only AHCCCS. The facility I was scheduled for a cath procedure does not contract with Mercy Care.
Now I get to start over! 90 days no income, no results, no diagnosis, no help from anyone!
How can making patients wait two and three weeks for appointments be professional? And they just don't care!
Dr. Shecter may be good at what he does but his attitude ...

Provided by YP.comFrankly the support staff is terrible, i have never been treated with so much disrespect. Also there is no communication or sharing between all the different locations, if you get a medical device at one location you cannot return it to the other one, even though you can see the same physician. Frankly disgraceful service. Go elsewhere if you can. They will nickle and dime you between the offices.
