I kept taking my children to the doctor because they were getting sick all of the time. After a few visits, the doctor asked me about our indoor quality of air. I dust on a regular basis, but I was willing to give anything a try. I called AZ Valley Services and they showed me different kinds of air filters that I could put on my air conditioner. I was really surprised to see how inexpensive they were for being so high tech. Sure enough, the kids seem to be doing better and they are not coughing as much at night. I figured they could clean our air ducts too, but they told me ducts only need to be cleaned every three years.
