I've used Powell Volvo for several service appointments and have consistently found that they are in no particular hurry to assist you, have an arrogant and dismissive attitude and forgot the meaning of customer service long ago. After taking my vehicle to Powell 3 weeks ago and immediately having additional problems I decided to try my luck with Sanderson Volvo.The difference was night and day. Rather than the shoulder shrug and "Sorry, Ma'am" reply that I got when I inquired about a loaner vehicle after waiting for 5 hours and then being told that they'd have to keep it over the weekend with Powell Volvo, Sanderson didn't give it a second thought and put me into a vehicle comparable to my S60.I will not go back to Powell unless I am literally broken down on the side of the road, across the street from their dealership and in 120 degree heat. They are THAT terrible!For service issues, skip Powell. Unless you just happen to like extreme aggravation and being treated like a minion
