First off let me start off by saying my name is jackie ledger im from new york and i also live in pa, I commute back and forth for work... i met richard through recommendation from a fellow friend of mine. The couple months of work he has done for me has helped out tremendously, an the final work has given joy to me and my family.

I wanted to get on here and write a review because I really like the work that was done for me, which in this field of work sometimes its hard to weed out the good from the bad. I am grateful that I found someone who was willing to put in the time and work that I needed to be done. Mr. evanco went with things step by step every part of the process of the remodel, which was very assuring. greatly appreciate an recommend.. thanks Richard.

I have had other contractors that I have hired that have given me a hard time, Richard is by far exceeded my expectations, he is 100% reliable an has more then gone above and beyond. Finished the job before expected time, the work was done down to every last detail, couldn't have asked for more, I am more then pleased with the performance an will be hiring him again for more work. (To describe Richard he is a well rounded individual who gets things done in a timely matter)..

From my experience with Richard he shows up early, stays late, goes above and beyond for people an doesn't settle. He pays attention detail, observant, diligent, listens, patient, honestly a very well rounded polite gentlemen. His work speaks for itself, he is also very skilled in basically anything so it was a breeze to get things done.

I've worked for Rich for 2 years and never had an issue with pay. Hes very good at everything he does and never quits a job until it's done. I've learned alot from Rich and am glad to be apart of his team. Always keeps his word.

Realy crazy person hires drug addicts and fails to finish work on time ! And fires employees for no reason plus rich pays cash to everyone or hold their pay for weeks ! Religious Lunatic ! Don�t hire him or work for rich May or may not pay you !

Rich fails to keep his word to his employees then fires them when they ask him to uphold what he says. Also he performs blessings on his house when guests leave because he thinks they bring demons in.

Rich does not keep agreements with his employees and fires them when they call on him to keep his word.
