It is the industry's practice to get paid for work. We cannot operate our business without payment. Once the equipment installed is paid for, we can proceed with further work. You still have an outstanding bill. It was unfortunate that your business partner with this "flip house" was running out of funds. We were willing to be flexible with payment; however, we cannot maintain our business out of pure charity. We regret that you took advantage of our generosity. We spoke to the local code inspector and she is willing to vouch that our work is superior. I'm not sure to whom you actually spoke. Maybe that was concerning another one of your "flip houses". We confirmed you have the incorrect information on our account.

I cannot suggest highly enough that you look elsewhere for your heating and air conditioning needs. I hired Mr. Kowalski to install a heat pump and new air ducts in a rehab project I was working on. At first, everything was fine. He started work right away and completed the ductwork inside the walls. He was supposed to come back in 2 weeks to complete the installation project (after we built and finished the drywall work to cover the new ducts. He didn't even attempt to get back to the project until 3 months later. Then he decided that he was no longer going to honor our original agreement and wanted $750 more to complete the project. When we finally got him to finish the installation, he did cheap, poor quality work that didn't even pass the code inspection. i had to get the building inspector to have him come out and finish the job in a professional manner. FIND ANOTHER CONTRACTOR FOR YOUR HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING.
