Got 1 star only for occasionally picking up trash when schelduled. Extremely poor management or person to resolve customer issues. Most unprofessional mannerism and needless to mention results. The gentelman answering phone calls during afternoon hours is fine and actually a pleasure to deal with, so I'm assuming that he delivers the messages to P Brady which never returns calls and the few times I was actually able to catch him in the office after dealing with his rudness and childish attitude no results or agreements had been satisfied, just pissed us off more. Honestly I have not heard one positive comment about Whitetail yet. I remember the first day they picked up our garbage they didnt fully empty the one can and they actually turned it upside down and slammed it to be sure the rest went onto the ground saw it and left it.
