What do you think they make the pizza with? Their hands! which are clean! If you want some fake plastic pizza go to one of those crappy chains. If you want a REAL authentic pizza go here!!

If you don't mind the owner taking your pizza out of the oven with his bare hands and not a spatula (yuck!) then this is the place for you to eat. What's more, if you don't mind being treated rudely and cursed at after you tell him to use a spatula then by all means this is the place for you! I personally prefer to go to Marcello's in Berkeley Heights becuase of this and besides Marcello's pizza is way better anyway.
