These folks are always so caring and accommodating. We just love them. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

Our pets love it here! Happy and nice staff who have always helped us any time we had an issue with one of our animals. The doctors are talented and compassionate. We appreciate the team approach they use to make sure that our "Stella" and "Milkshake" get the absolute best care. Our pets are part of our family and they treat us and our pets like family. They are truly the complete care center with a full service veterinary hospital, 24 hours emergency service , boarding, grooming, pet food outlet, and cremation services. We will never go anywhere else....there is no reason to !

I took my dog to this clinic this morning for his rabie & distemper shots. When I made the apointment 2 weeks ago I asked what it was going to cost me... so I was led to beleive that for around $60.00 (shots & office visit) I could have my dogs shots up to date. I had decided to get something to protect him from ticks so she suggested I purchase Frontline & I was ok with that. Then when I went to check out it cost me almost $137.60 there were others in the room so I didn't question it and paid my bill... When I got to my car I discovered a charge on my bill for $47.41 for "Deworming" my dog. When I called them I was told "that was a procedure that they just automaticaly do". Well I am not happy with them just "doing what ever they want" to my dog without informing me or asking my permission and then forcing me to pay almost $50.00 to do it... I was not told about this cost / procedure at the time I made my apointment and I was not told they were going to "worm" a perfectly healthy dog.... What if I had already had him wormed? How would worming him again had effected him? My dog is very health and "worms" is something I have always keeped a close eye on when it comes to my pets..

The staff was friendly and I was promptly taken care of however they neglected to inform me of a treatment they decided to do without my consent... ask lots of questions before you take your dog into the examining room

Looking for another clinic to treat my dog...

Service is great. Staff is so friendly and the prices are reasonable.
