My stay in Gillette, WY at the Days Inn January 30 to February 1. The bathtub did not drain, the toilet would not flush on Sunday morning, and the heater stopped working at about 2 on Sunday morning. The staff was awful and very uncaring. The entire hotel was so dirty that we didn't not want to sit anywhere in the lobby or the breakfast area. All furniture is stained and very worn. We switched rooms the first night because there was blood on the bathroom wall. This is the damage to the second room. The ceiling has water damage. The bathroom wall has water damage then painted over, and the walls are also stained. The bathtub was stained. The toilet paper holder was broken and very dirty. The tray and ice tray were unusable because they were also dirty. The coffee maker was also very dirty. The blow dryer was dirty and broken. All light switches were very dirty and sticky. The doors were gross. We also had stained towels they actually looked like they were picked up and folded from off of the floor. There was coffee on the counter in the bathroom. No one in my room drinks coffee or had coffee in the room. There was what looked like snot on the walls. The chairs were stained. The microwave, refrigerator, and tv did not look like they had been wiped down in months. The box spring on one of the beds was coming apart. And there was also blood on the bathroom door with this second room. We had 3 other rooms in this hotel and every room was the same as this one. Our first room was 316 and the second was 324. The front desk clerk on Sunday morning was on her cell phone and had her husband there as well when I was trying to speak with her. The head housekeeper was trying to place the blame on me as to why their rooms were gross. The front desk clerk was up in our room with my 14 year old daughter and another young lady and the front desk clerk tried to shoulder check my daughter and told her she was rude. This issue was not resolved and they were not interested in what I had to say. I have been emailing Jean, Brand Specialist, Wyndham Hotel Group and Kelsey, Brand Specialist, Wyndham Hotel Group. In their emails they stated that this would be taken care of. As of today it has not. I spoke with the owner of the Days Inn in Gillette and he also was not interested in what I had to day. He called both myself and my 14 year old daughter liars. He was very defensive and argumentative. I have emailed him the picture that I took of our room. I am happy share the pictures of the room on here as well. I have already put in a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I recently stayed at this hotel. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were nice and clean. Even the breakfast was great! I will definetly stay here again when I come back for business.
