This company has been great! Has came same day as called both times. They fixed our problem quickly!

Tech came to check on the sump pump that had failed. He didn't show up , so I finally called him and he got there an hour or so after. he said he couldn't tell why it failed unless it failed while he looked at it and insisted that I pay him $100.00 right then, and not get billed. He never did write anything for the insurance company and was a real rude thief! NEVER again!! if it let me, I would give ZERO star rating.

I called and asked to get a plumber I tried to explain my problem to the lady on the phone and she abruptly cuts me off and says OKI will see if I can find somebody but its pretty unlikely ( I didn't tell her it had to be today)..ok I wait and wait on the phone for at least 10 mins then she just picks up the phone and hangs up. I call back and another lady answers I tell her I was waiting on the phone and was hung up on and she says "No I don't think that happened , and oh they couldn't find a plumber" Unbelieveable.
