My friend and I came in looking into switching from AT&T and also about their Iphone. At first, we get Justine, who was beyond nice and helpful to us. Then she must have gone on break, because when we had another question she wasnt anywhere to be seen, so we went up to another lady. She was taller and had dark hair. We let her know we were thinking of switching from AT&T and we were intrested in the Iphone. We ask how much the Iphone is with a 2 year contract and she says "A couple hundred dollars." And we're like.. "okay that doesnt answer our question." so shes like "its 300 dollars" (or however much she said..) and I turn to my friend and I'm like "Oh AT&T is cheaper" and she starts going off with an attitude.. "Well with Verizon you get this and that and you dont with AT&T. Plus its a $600 phone" We're like thanks lady, you just made our decision for us wether or not we should switch to Verizon or not. After that I went and talked with AT&T and was relieved at how polite they were.
