Repair work - not very flexible

We broke down in the area and had our vehicle towed here for work, as it was a GM product. We were on vacation and this was obviously not a planned stop. They said it would be 3 days before they could get to our vehicle, which wasn't acceptable. I understand the whole schedule thing when it comes to a business, but you've never had an emergency arise?We ended up having our vehicle towed elsewhere, where it was fixed in a timely manner and the business was much more understanding of our situation.I would not at this point recommend this place, especially if you are in an emergency situation.
