Their name labeling resulted in me tearing my garment. Asked only $30
To replace. Owner would not even return my call. Poor PR and poor choice of cleaners/laundry in Hawkins/Holly Lake Ranch, Tex. BEWARE!!!!!!!

Would not give me a receipt/ticket for my 9 shirts that I wanted to leave for dry cleaning. Kept telling me a receipt would be attached to my clothes when I came to pick them up. They did not understand the concept of giving a receipt when I drop my clothes off so I had some record or proof of what I left with them. Said "That's how we do it." Not only is in a very poor business practice, they made NO EFFORT to meet my needs as a customer and simply give me a receipt that I left 9 shirts with them to be cleaned.
