It's not hard to stay in business when you are the only option for a necessary service. We don't drink the water and are left wanting for water pressure in the shower. Constant outages keep their customers upset

The water is always brown. You have to check it before you do ANYTHING. It's ruined clothes, you can't bathe with it, drink it, wash dishes, or do anything with it, PERIOD. This happens a lot. I know I'm not alone in saying it's getting ridiculous and really needs to be fixed. Please flush the line or something after you get done working on it. It's just gross, not at all sanitary and not healthy...
