Since this place has been under new ownership it is horrible. My orders are never on time and are always promised as "at the latest we would have it ready on such & such date." When that date rolls around, you go in and learn it they haven't even started your order and won't be ready for another 5 days. Horrible customer service and awful order turnaround time.

I worked here from 2010-2012 and worked for the original owners of this business and the second owners. We always put our customers first. I recently went in here to order a trophy and all I can say is that the employee & the owner were completely RUDE. The place is unclean and completely disorganized. Does not even look like a functioning store. I called to check on the order 6 times during business hours and no one answered the phone. That is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. The name "The Logo" should have never had been sold with the business because I know that the original owners built this business up and now it is being drove into the ground. I am sure this business will close within the year if their customer service does not improve. I would not recommend doing business here to ANYONE.

I have gone through this place a couple of times for my Softball teams shirts... This time it was hell. Ordered 20+ shirts from them spent 300.00+ on them and they were late with my order and then when I did get them they were WRONG!! Front and back were two different colors and prints. Both side were supposed to be vinyl Neon green...The back was correct yet the front eneded up being a screen print dark green! Had to argue with them and they finally agreed to replace the shirts... Then had to go in at a later date to order an additional shirt, paid for and got the date that it would be done... 3 days past the date I was told it would be done I decided to call...well...THEY LOST MY ORDER!! They say we will have it done today.. About 2 hours later I get a call saying it is done! I leave work to go pick it up I look at it and said "this is not the right size" It's to small for the person. I ordered an adult Small and they made the shirt an Youth large! Refused to fix or refund
