My RV problem was diagnosed over the phone and they didn't tell me that there would be any fee to verify the diagnosis. I brought my RV in and they spent 30 min. checking things that had nothing to do with the diagnosis, then tried to charge me $55. I pushed back, so they said they would apply this to the installation fee. When the part came in, I asked if I could just install myself. The person I talked with said, "Sure, it's easy. All you have to do is remove the old part and plug in the new one." When I picked up the part, they wouldn't let me take it without charging me $55.
