We are a family of four and we had a very nice experience at this hotel. My favorite thing is the beds. Nice and firm. Pillows are perfectly soft - but not too soft! The people who work here are very friendly and accommodating! They have a great breakfast room with a nice well rounded variety of foods.

The rooms were very comfortable, peaceful, and clean. well organized, and prepared with breakfast and coffee. Very well done, very comfortable.

Good location, room was fairly clean. Air conditioner did not work in the first room i was in, but they quickly moved me to another room. Everything was satisfactory for me, except that the Credit Card I used was used fraudulently a couple of days later. Not 100% certain i can blame it on the staff at this hotel, but the only other places where I used that card were places where I use it all the time, so I have to wonder.

The service started off average and progressed to very good, though it was a process. By the time we left everything was perfect.The refrigerator could be a bit bigger as it could barely meet our needs to keep our food fresh.

Ramada is very close to Gilroy Premium Outlets ans to a lot of restaurants which is very convenient.

Breakfast and wifi is free and with ample parking space.

Room is spacious equipped with air con and heater.

Over all a safe place to stay. The front desk clerk was very nice. In fact, one of the nicest clerks I've ever had to deal with.

It's a great place to stay and reasonable. Our room was clean and the continental breakfast was good. I have stayed there many times and you can't beat the location or price.

The rooms are always very nice, always clean, the front desk people are always very nice, very friendly, they always try to accomodate the guest as much as possible. It's also very nice that there is a washer and dryer on the premises. The breakfast is always the best, love the bagels and cream cheese and the fresh orange juice! You need to add the Sci-Fi channel to your list of channels.

I have chosen the Ramada Limited in Gilroy on two occasions. Liked it enough to return a 2nd time. This visit, I was around the corner and without issues. This facility is a tremendous value. The rooms are spacious and clean. The two different staff members I've met have been friendly and efficient. My first visit, the pool was drained and being serviced for the season. My second visit, the pool looked spectacular and really improved the property appearance. Traveling solo, I felt relatively safe, although I could see some locals cruise the parking lot likely in search of recyclables in the trash - becoming more common everywhere. Sufficient parking. Black Bear Diner is located conveniently across the street and a Chevy's is a block away. Close to Outlet shopping if that is your thing. I've been there twice and will definitely continue to return. Can't beat the value, privacy, and service.

Clean and well appointed rooms. Friendly and efficient staff. Manager called me promptly after I left a computer behind. Mostly I appreciate the quiet room which is often missing in hotels in this price category. The clientele well mannered. Nice hot tub and pool. Convenient location near shopping. Everything worked! I have stayed in all hotels in this price category in Gilroy and most of those in Morgan Hill and this is by far the best value and the only one with no unpleasant surprises. Now I am a regular here!

Great hospitality, friendly staff,very clean. Breakfast is plentiful they are not skimpy on their danishes or coffee. They have multiple selections to choose from ranging from cereal to waffels and even french toast. Three types off juice assorted breads. I feel that at so many other places they rush over the breakfast, here you can sit and enjoy your food without being ushered out.The front desk is very welcoming. I was and continue to be greated by a smile. The manager Moti was very helpful when it came to figuring out my accomidating the days that i would need to stay and even held the room for me. I never had the oportunity to deal with a manager and i felt important and felt as though it was inportant for him also to be apart of the face this company.

This motel is a great value for the money. Good free internet, microwave and fridge, flat screen TV, coffeemaker.

I was quite favorably impressed with this Ramada and would recommend it to anyone looking for accommodations in Gilroy. The Receptionist at the Front Desk was extremely helpful and pleasant. My room was large, in great shape, and comfortable. Breakfast is in a convenient guest room customized and marked for the purpose.

The front desk personnel are always nice, very accommodating, very respectful. The hotel is kept up quite nicely. The breakfast array is very nice, good selection/variety. The prices are reasonable and the location is close to the freeway. Always an enjoyable place to stay.

We stayed two nights here last weekend. It was a nice, clean, comfortable room. we stayed in a handicapped room which met my needs very well. They had good air conditioning, a pool with a railing as well as a chair lift to assist non mobile people into the pool and the jacuzzi. The resident manager was very helpful, courteous, pleasant and professional.

owner cool, fair breakfast, room to park, right across street from Black Bear Restaurant, rooms big, clean, called ahead for downstairs room, man who answered phone could not have been nicer, made my reservations already for next year Hollister

Stayed during trip south. Manager recommended Mountain Mike's Pizza for dinner. Order pizza for room delivery and it was the best pizza we've had in years. Quiet room, no problems.

arrived not knowing the Gilroy ramada, Was very pleased with the location close to the down area

and shopping outlets,The room were clean and serviced regularly, I do travel very often, and recommend this location as a very pleasant and Quiet. Safety is an issue with where I stay I give this location an A plus.The Front Desk personal ,Moti and Rosh made my experience excellent with there perfect customer service
