I had the worst experience with this place and they have the worst customer service! I took a few pairs of pants in and two dresses and they told me it would be a little over two weeks to get them done. No problem, when I went to pick it all up they were not even started, they did not even know what I brought in and told me to come back at 5. So I wasted my lunch and then had to go back at 5 and they still were not done! Why didn't they freaken call. Then they ended up not altering a pair of pants and the hem's on the pants came out. So I paid all this money to have a shotty job done and now I get to pay again to get it fixed (at another place). They did nothing to make up for the crappy work and all the extra time needed along with the crappy service. So go there if you must but do not expect much and expect to pay for it and pay well! Take your money somewhere else!
