Not very good bed side manor. Talks over patient. Does not allow patient to explain before cutting off the patient's answers.

Dr. Wu always listen to what patient says and is very attentive. He is genuinely concerned about patient's needs and health concerns. Excellent manner, never in a hurry, and answers all questions each and every visit. A compassionate and caring physician who allows patients enter as a full partner in their own medical care. He makes you feel like you are the only patient he has. I am very happy with all the staff in his office and will be returning to see Dr. Wu. Highly recommended!

What impressed me the most however was his ability to break down a complicated medical issue into such simple-to-understand language, which led to my having a much better understanding of my condition and how to manage it. Dr. Samuel Wu is an amazing primary care physician. He is pleasant to talk to and always gets to the point very quickly. I have never waited more than 5 min to see him! My consultation with Dr. Wu was very pleasant and informative for me. He was first of all very courteous, pleasant and professional. He showed absolute respect for all my concerns, no matter how mundane. I would like to express my thanks to Dr. Wu and I look forward to his on-going care.

I've been looking for the right primary care doctor and I'm 100% sure Dr. Wu is the one. Not only does he asks the right questions, he checks (and double checks!) everything to make sure your health is in tip-top condition. He sincerely cares for each patient and it shows as he makes every patient feel welcomed and comfortable (a BIG PLUS!). Amazing service every time!
