Worst property management company ever!! Here are some of the reasons. Will keep the late fees from your tenants which landlords are normally entitled to. They will represent the tenant not the landlord even though you are paying for the service. Don't return phone calls or use cell phones. Will delay an eviction to favor the tenant. When they receive the rent money will hold it instead of giving it to you. Purge files so past info is no longer available on your renters. They are not careful who they rent to and fail to do background checks on tenants. Will never go to the property and check on the condition of it.

This management company provides poor service. Does not disclose all the necessary documents and provides wrongful information. The customer service is extremely poor. Will not recommend this company to anyone seeking their property managed.
