Don't even think about calling these clowns for anything !!! It took them 6 weeks to replace my furnace - they blame their supplier for sending them the wrong unit, but I believe they don't know how to correctly specify what unit needed to be installed. Their office guy "V" seldom returns phone calls - I literally had leave 8 messages and then he decided to call back !! Even now when I have a warranty issue on the 3 month old unit, he called me back 10 days later after I left several messages to say "you need to call your home warranty company". YOU'LL REGRET DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE !!!
