They call it 1 hour photo but told me they don't do one hour photo that it has to be sent off and takes a week. I told the lady if it was going to take longer than a week I didn't want to leave it because I was leaving town in a week and a half. She assured me it would be back in a week. It has now been a week and 4 days. And I still don't have my 3 rolls of film. I called two days ago and a guy told me two of my rolls were there so when I drove over to pick them up they told me none of my film was there and to call back at 5 and see again. So I waited a whole day and called again. Still no film. So they told me to call an 800 number and I did. Waited 23 minutes on hold before anyone answered then was told its a MINIMUM of TWO weeks but could take longer and that there's nothing they can do.
I will never again use a Walmart photo center! Horrible service and no one knows what they are talking about.
