Horrible! If they fix something for you make sure they actually did it right and you don't get ripped off like I did. My uncle recommended this place, I went here because the estimate was less than Sprague's where I usually go. I was told my carpet cleaner needed the heater repaired. I went and picked it up after they called and said it was ready, took it home and plugged it in. It turned on so I unplugged it and put it in the closet until my carpets needed cleaned. Fast forward to now-- I fill up the carpet cleaner with water and soap and start to use it and notice that none of the brushes or suction are working now-- so either they completely misdiagnosed the heater problem and/ or they messed up the brushes and suction. I did call to complain, I left my number and never received a call back... bottom line: you get what you pay for-- now I will take it to Sprague's where I should have gone in the first place because I have never had any problems with their work.
