The owner is VERY rude! Hopefully when his kids take over they will not be that way!

Imperial Point Water does provide good service but the male owner is RUDE! He screams at people like they are his children. It is uncalled for.

This is the mess from Imperial Point water in the attempt to shut off the water for my plumber to repair a leak under my house. After repairs where done employee of Imperial Point came back, picked up the key to shut off the water and left. Upon calling Mr. Wurst about the ditch dug in my front yard ,TOLD ME TO FILL IT IN MYSELF. I did not approve the ditch to be dug and was told by employee that dig this trench, said anything from the key turnoff to the street is Imperial Point responsibility,

Mr Wurst also threatened me with at least a 15thousand gallon water bill, I was unaware that there was a leak under my house and when it was discovered I had a plumber here within an hour..I have always paid my bill on time in the 7 yrs i have been here, I pay more for service fees that water usage Not only was Mr Wurst rude but also hung up on me , NOW THAT IS REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE







The employee from Imperial Point water put sod back in ditch and said they will return in a week or two to and if needed put dirt level and seed lawn. Hoping that all will be ok.
