Five sets of drapes that I took in to be cleaned were completely ruined. The blackout linings on most of them were stuck together and when they were peeled apart, the finish on the linings tore off. One set of drapes shrank and is now too short for the window. The stitching in numerous places tore out and one panel has a couple of large cuts in it. The drapes were not even pressed after the cleaning.

When I tried to talk with the owner about this, she was very rude and insulting to me, even calling me a liar to my face! She was totally unconcerned about the destruction of my property.
