My husband and I got married this past October. We met with the people at Sir Knight in early Spring 2010 to order tuxes and seemed to have our ducks in a row. We were given the total amount each groomsmen owed and all deposits were paid. Then, the day before the wedding (months later mind you), the owner of Sir Knight called us to tell us he had forgotten to include the amount due for the pocket squares in the totals, thus requesting we pay $250+ immediately so we could get them. My husband and I were extremely frustrated. Several of our groomsmen had already picked up their tuxes and we felt it unfair to ask them to pay MORE at the last minute so we covered the cost. I requested the owner offer us some sort of discount considering this was his mistake, but all he could do was take off the amount of the tax. When you have a groom, two ring bearers, 8 groomsmen, 4 ushers, father of the bride, etc., this isn't a small fee.



I have steered many friends who are getting married away from this business would not refer this business to anyone in the future.

I was having to attend a formal party and needed a tux right away. So I stopped in here and found the service was great and the tux was just what I was looking for. Thanks! Sir Knight.
