This towing company is contracted with our condo building to tow vehicles that are parked in resident spaces. When I had to report a vehicle that was taking/parked in my paid parking spot, I waited 2.5 hours before contacting them back for a status update. Apparently, the tow truck driver didn't know how to get in the parking garage to retrieve a vehicle. They were supposed to try again to enter the building; however, after another hour of waiting I contacted them again just to be laughed at by the Sargeants dispatcher when I told her that the car is to be towed now and that we had been waiting for quite a while for this tow. The dispatcher said that I do not pay them even though they are the only towing company that are contracted to tow from our building. This towing company is a joke without any customer service skills. They should not be relied on as the only source for towing. Their customer service ethic does not exist and I will be bringing this up to our home owner asso
