Had a terrible experience with Johnathan and David Walton. After numerous emails regarding a vehicle I was interested in and a price point that would work for me, Johnathan sent me a cryptic email about not wanting to make a deal. So, the sales manager David jumped in to try to salvage it. He proceeded to agree to a price, time, and date for me to visit the dealership.

Upon arriving with my family (to coordinate a ride home) at the scheduled time, they were already showing the vehicle to another customer. They did not tell me that they could not reserve a car if someone else was on the property and offered to purchase it first. To cover their tracks they sent me an email two minutes after my arrival to notify me of this even though my parents were there 10 minutes prior. They supposedly didn't know my name when my parents asked despite having emailed me all day, and all weekend.

I will never do business with Mazda of Gladstone.

The delarship has a good selection of cars. But the best part is the staff. I can't say enough about Lynn. If you are in the market for a car go to Mazda of Gladstone and ask for Lynn she will take care of you and make you feel like family.

Went in when the yellow check tire light came on. They kept me waiting for over an hour (to check a tire!) then told me everything looked OK & that the light would soon go out. (It never did). Left town for the summer and, when I got back, took my Highlander in to Sears for servicing (they're better, faster & cheaper than Toyota for servicing). They checked my tire & found a NAIL! They also repaired the tire (the light is still on!). That nail was there when I took it to Toyota because right after I took it in, I left town (in another vehicle). Hey, Gladstone Toyota - cute little boys in fancy suits do not equal expertise & service.

Sale Representatives were very professional, and working very hard to earn my business. They were willing to work with me on the right payment plan. They were really patient and was not hassling just to sale the car. Thien Do, Sale Representative, who assisted me with test driving the 2016 Rav4 that I have been wanting. He explained the features/options on each Rav4 models, and help me choose the right fit car. His recommendation was a huge success in decision-making for me landing with the Rav4 SE. He helped setting up all the features and connected my phone to the car bluetooth.

Very easy to make appointment. Availability was great, I didn't even have to rearrange my schedule as they had time on my day off. Every one was great. No complaints. Nice job :-) I waited while my car was serviced.
