My family of 7 have been patients of Dr. Trombley on and off over the past 10 years, as our company insurance coverage changed. Dr. Trombley is kind, thorough, funny, and explains everything; answering any and all questions the patient may have. However, there are two highly unprofessional women running the desk with absolutely HORRIBLE customer service skills. They are abrupt, condescending, openly unfriendly, and very unwelcoming. They have always been this way, and I have always put up with it because the doctor is such a great doctor. Today was the last straw, and it is because of them that this doctor just lost 7 patients.
