I have been going to Glasgow urgent clinic since appx. 1999. I see a PA. Carla Hale. I love my doctor, we have been through a lot together. Mostly all the staff seems very nice. Everyone has a bad day. The wait, well it is what it is. The doctors are helping people and will help us in due time. I have seen changes in the staff, changes in policies, changes in doctors. One thing is clear they have always treated me with the utmost respect and care. These people are are my go to people! Won't go anywhere else!

Great office staff, so friendly. However, I will shop around for a good primary care physician who is capable of taking care of my chronic illness and just as capable of taking care of an everyday cold. Just because someone does not have insurance does not mean they cannot pay for the correct medication they need to cure their infection. Made 2 trips in only to find out there was a better antibiotic i could have had instead of the one prescribed to me on my first visit. During the 2nd visit was told i could come back for a 3rd time for a new antibiotic if the first does not work. I was like go ahead and give it to me now. So i dont have to pay for a 3rd office visit. It sorta felt like i was going to be going back to pay for yet a 3rd visit and that it was almost planned out that way. (or so it seemed) So disappointing. I would have preferred to discuss all my options and made the choice myself with the doctor instead of being given something that may or may not have worked. Too bad he looked at the chart and only saw self pay on it. (again my perception) I am blessed that i could have afforded the better antibiotic had the doctor not made an assumption based on my lack of insurance. Nevertheless, I will find a good primary care physician who has the time to discuss options with me when it comes down to deciding on a course of care.
